Atom Probe Winter School 2022
In February 2022, the APT and 3D Nanoanalytic Group organizes the regular APT School to provide insights into the fundamentals of various aspects of APT data handling. During the webinar, participants will learn the details of dedicated APT data analysis and directly apply the techniques on model data sets using our open-source Matlab® toolbox. The toolbox covers all aspects of atom probe tomography ranging from data reconstruction to detailed interface analysis. It is free of charge and open to anyone.
